2. Refund Policy

Due to the highly personalized, research-intensive nature of custom executive coaching and resume writing, payments for completed strategy diagnostic sessions and finalized portfolios are generally non-refundable once draft construction begins.

If you request a program cancellation before your initial career strategy session has taken place, you will receive a full 100% refund of any upfront fees paid.

3. Subscription Cancellations

For our recurring LinkedIn Account Management service, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your service will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, and no further recurring charges will be processed.
