1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a career strategy session, checking out on the custom builder, or purchasing resume writing packages, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Consultation & Strategy Programs
Every portfolio package optimization includes a strategic diagnostic call. Clients are responsible for providing comprehensive, accurate descriptions of their professional histories and accomplishments. Scheduling shifts must be communicated 24 hours in advance.
3. Deliverables & Intellectual Property
All final optimized resume files (.docx, .pdf) and bio drafts belong exclusively to the client once full program invoicing is completed. ApexVantage retains standard operational ownership over underlying proprietary keyword lists and template framework parameters.
4. Limitation of Liability
While our ATS compatibility algorithms are regularly tested, ApexVantage does not guarantee direct interview callback rates or absolute job offers, as final hiring determinations depend entirely on external corporate HR processes.
